Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. Each piece, whether original, print, or custom commission, is created with care and attention to detail. While all sales of original and custom-made artwork are generally final, I am committed to working with you to ensure you are happy with your order.

Original Artwork & Prints

• All original artworks and prints are final sale; however, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  
  
• I will gladly offer a replacement (if available), repair, or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
  
  
• My goal is to make sure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.
  
  

Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are created specifically for you, so they are non-returnable. However, your satisfaction matters deeply. If you are not fully happy with your final piece:

• Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
  
  
• I will work with you to explore solutions such as:
  
  
  • Minor adjustments (when possible)
    
    
  • Discounted rework or modification
    
    
  • Partial refund in special circumstances
    
    

Each situation is handled individually to ensure a fair and positive experience.

Shipping Damages

If your artwork arrives damaged:
